The Colony Beach Club is a two-level, 102 unit condominium, located on the no-drive area of the beach.50 Units are available for monthly rental in the winterseason (October-April). 10 units are available for weekly rental in the summer season (May-September).

Located within the city limits of New Smyrna Beach, the Colony Beach Club is just two miles from the South Causeway.

We have 600 feet of direct oceanfront, with two large swimming pools. The North Pool is heated.
