The Colony Beach Club is a two-level, 102 unit condominium, located on the no-drive area of the beach.50 Units are available for monthly rental in the winterseason (October-April). 10 units are available for weekly rental in the summer season (May-September).

Located within the city limits of New Smyrna Beach, the Colony Beach Club is just two miles from the South Causeway;   convenient to restaurants and shopping.

We have 600 feet of direct oceanfront, with two large swimming pools. The North Pool is heated.
